Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Maui Island Sol, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at MauiIslandSol@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to process.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—on us.
